Roxana Paucar is of counsel in our corporate, investment funds, and securities practice.
Roxana is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where she was awarded the Master of Laws (LL.M.). She completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at Universidad de Lima in Lima, Peru, graduating magna cum laude.
Roxana served as a Judicial Fellow to Hon. Gerald Lebovits of the New York State Supreme Court and听as a corporate and mining associate听at CMS Grau in Lima, Peru.听听She serves as legal counsel at Etibesa in Lima.
Roxana is fluent in English, native in Spanish, and conversational in French. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Peru.
