Almost all of our new clients are introduced to us by private equity firms, investment bankers, investment fund managers, financial institutions, private bankers, fund administrators, accounting firms, financial advisers, or other law firms (including many major U.S. and foreign law firms) with whom we have a longstanding relationship. In some cases, we have established preferential billing rates for clients introduced by certain service providers. If you are interested in exploring the possibility of having our law firm act as counsel for your firm or transaction, it is usually beneficial to ask your service providers (such as a private banker, fund administrator, accountant, or another law firm) whether they can make an introduction.
